Garden & Terraces

There is a large terraced alfresco dining area adjacent to the kitchen that is a popular feature of this lovely property, covered with a wooden pergola on which fragrant climbers providing a shade for the dining area. Bordered by bougainvillea and lemon trees there are tables and seating here for up to 14. Within this area there is a large purpose built BBQ.

The large pool, features in built steps and is in full sun all day and surrounded by terraces and mature, colorful shrubs and trees. The pool is separated from the house and covered terrace by a Menorcan olive wood gate to aid child safety. Adjacent to the pool / terrace is a purpose built, enclosed childrens play area, featuring a slide and swing.
